I have been helping sellers negotiate with lenders for discounted payoffs of their existing mortgages (short sale process) for over 20 years.

Instead of trying to update the book each month, I have chosen to include some links at the bottom of this page that may help you get informatin form your specific lender as well as some government programs. I'm happy to give you the opportunity to research these items on your own by following these links. I do believe I serve you better by meeting with you face to face to answer your specific questions. Everyone’s situation is different and special.
